Ezra Ads Ltd provides subscription-based access to our proprietary online software platform offering creative tools, automation, and AI features. The company reserves modification rights and limits usage to the selected plan tier.
Client Responsibilities
Users must provide required materials timely, confirm proper licensing of supplied content, and ensure final deliverable usage complies with applicable laws.
Payment Terms
Payments follow the stated Service Agreement or invoice due dates. The company may adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate services anytime. Completed work invoices remain payable, with no refunds for unused services.
Refund Policy
Ezra provides a 100% money-back guarantee where a refund request is reasonable. Refunds are denied when significant credits were consumed. All requests undergo review with eligibility determined at company discretion.
Intellectual Property
Custom work becomes client property upon full payment. Ezra retains a non-exclusive right to showcase non-confidential deliverables unless clients opt out via email.
Confidentiality
Both parties maintain confidentiality of non-public business information without third-party disclosure unless legally required.
Limitation of Liability
Liability caps at fees paid during the preceding three months. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
Governing Law
England and Wales law governs disputes resolved in those courts.
